Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in New Delhi, India. On your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi, a representative from Indian Luxury Tours will greet and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Enjoy welcome drink on arrival at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Almora
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Drive through the plains of Uttar Pradesh and then to rolling hills of Kumaon to Almora in Uttarakhand. At Almora, Indian Luxury Tours representative will assist to transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Almora – Munsiyari
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Drive through the forested hills endowed with exceptional nature beauty. On the way you will have brilliant views of Nanda Devi, Panch Chuli and Nanda Kot. These all are great feast for your eyes. Arrive at Munsiyari also Munsiari. You will be camped near rest house. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.
Day 004: Munsiari – Lilam
Enjoy your breakfast. Later proceed to watch the magnificent sunrise on the Panch Chuli (5 Peaks), overlooking the wonderful views of Munsiyari. Now take a two hours easy walk downhill which takes you to the starting point of the paved trail. It leads up the Gauri Ganga Valley. Now take a short walk which takes you to the beautiful village of Lilam. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.
Day 05: Lilam – Bogudiar
Lilam is situated at the start of the long gorge. Take your breakfast at the camp. Enjoy trekking through gorge, dense & semi-tropical rain forest and thick at Bamboo growing on the steep slopes. After lunch, continue climbing along the gorge for another couple of hours to the rest of house at Bogudiar. Indian Luxury Tours representative will assists during your trekking and assists to accommodate at the rest house. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the rest house.
Day 06: Bogudiar – Rilkote
Take your breakfast and then enjoy trekking with a good steady climb for the most of the morning. After the first house you will at the beautiful start of the gorge and a small trail-side holy place to a local deity, which stands under an enormous rock wall. Proceed to Rilkote watching en route superb beauty of nature and many lovely waterfalls. On arrival at Rilkote you will be accommodated at a camp near a beautiful small spring with nature surroundings. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Rilkote – Martoli – Pachhu Glacier (Gandhar)
After hearty breakfast follow a trail that descends to Burfu and then on to the thinly inhabited village of Martoli. Continue your treks to more barren and rainless zone of the Gauri Ganga Valley. Indian Luxury Tours arranges camp accommodation at Gandhar at the head of the Pachhu Valley. From Gandhar you can catch your first glimpse of Nanda Devi and Milam Village. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.
Day 08: Gandhar – Nanda Devi Camp
Take your breakfast at the camp. Enjoy trekking and nature tours exploring nature blessed sights and forests and pass through the peak of Nanda Bhanar to the beautiful and lush alpine meadows. These meadows are at the terminal of the glacier leading from Nanda Devi East. There is a beautiful campsite within a few km of the foot of the Nanda Devi National Park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Nanda Devi Base Camp.
Day 09: Nanda Devi Base Camp
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Relax at the camp. Afternoon you may explore scenic surroundings. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.
Day 10: Base Camp – Milam
Take your breakfast at the camp. Trek back to Gandhar and Burfu. Cross the Gauri Ganga River on a wooden bridge and stop for lunch. Continue up the valley to reach at Milam Village. Overnight will be at Camp.
Day 11: Milam – Sumdu
Take your breakfast and then descend the Gauri Ganga Valley. Continue for another 1 km to Tola, a beautiful campsite on a plateau overlooking the panoramic views of Sumdu Village. Overnight will be at the camp.
Day 12: Sumdu – Ralam
Take sumptuous breakfast at the camp. Descend a short distance crossing a glacial stream on a stone and log bridge. Then begin a steady climb for about 4 to 5 hours. Reach the summit of the Brij Ganga Pass. En route you have wonderful views of superb natural beauty. Descend steeply to Ralam Camp. Dinner and overnight will be at the Ralam Camp.
Day 13 – 15: Ralam – Munsiari
You will enjoy trekking down forested Ralam Valley for three days. Finally you will rejoin the Gauri Ganga Valley near Lilam Village. End your trek making the steep ascent back to the Munsiari for Overnight camp.
Day 16: Munsiyari – Binsar
After hearty breakfast proceed to Binsar, travelling through blue pine forest with distant views of towering Himalayan peaks including Nanda Devi and Api in Nepal. Arrive at Binsar and stay at Khali Estate. 12 Cottages offer excellent views of the peaks and the sunsets are awesome.
Day 17: Khali – A Day at Leisure & Relaxation
Enjoy very hearty breakfast. Khali is a perfect place to rest and unwind. Day is completely free at leisure. Dinner and overnight will at Khali.
Day 18: Binsar – Corbett National Park
Take your breakfast. After breakfast drive to Corbett National Park. On arrival, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Nestled in the foothills of majestic Himalayas in Uttarakhand, Corbett National Park is one of the finest habitats of wild animals and birds of India.
With its varied topography, rich flora and fauna and the natural beauty of its landscapes the park is a precious heritage of India. It is very popular for its tiger population. Visitors can have brilliant glimpse of royal Bengal tigers by jeep safari inside the park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 19: Corbett National Park
You will enjoy morning and evening Jeep or Elephant Safari with naturalist in the park. Day will be free to relax. All meals and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 20: Corbett – Delhi
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers to your pre-booked hotel. Spend rest of the day at relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 21: Delhi – Agra – Delhi
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Agra. On arrival in Agra, Indian Luxury Tours representative will greets you and takes you to the Taj Mahal, India’s most celebrated monument, one of Seven Wonders of the World. This magnificent monument was built in pure white marble by mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Also visit the Agra Red Fort and the Itmad-Ud-Daullah. In the evening return back to Delhi. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 22: Delhi – Onward
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and the embark on sightseeing tours of Delhi visiting Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Qutub Minar, President House, Parliament House, India Gate, Old Fort, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, etc. Finish your last minute shopping in time. After a farewell dinner, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers to the New Delhi International Airport in time to board flight to your home/onward destination. |
