Day 01: Arrival in Bangalore
Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport, a representative from Indian Luxury Tours cordially welcomes and transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. In the afternoon you are free to enjoy the beauty of Bangalore, the popularly known as the Garden City of India. Bangalore is the capital city of Indian state of Karnataka. Visit the Lal Bagh Garden. Visit the Cubbon Park. Visit the Vidhan Soudha, the High Court,  etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Bangalore – Bannerghatta – Bangalore
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Bannerghatta National Park. Enjoy full day a wildlife adventure in Bannerghatta National Park. Enjoy tiger & lion safari to see tiger, white tigers and lions in Bannerghatta Zoological Reserve. Visit the Museum inside Bannerghatta. Also visit the Reptile Park and the Butterfly Park inside the Bannerghatta National Park. In time return back to Bangalore and check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Bangalore – Mysore
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then proceed to Mysore, a one of the most beautiful towns in Karnataka. Mysore is popularly described as the “Scotland of India”. On arrival in Mysore, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Refresh yourself and then proceed to sightseeing tours of Mysore covering major attractions like the magnificent Mysore Palace, Chammundi Hills – towering over the city, and the Brindavan Gardens – a site to be love. The Brindavan Garden is famous for colorful & musical fountains and colorful lights. In the evening exploring Brindavan Garden seems to be exploring a fairyland. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Mysore – Excursion to Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary
After very hearty breakfast at the hotel, proceed for full day excursion to Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary. The sanctuary is situated on the banks of the Kaveri River. The Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary is located near the historic town of Srirangapatna, Karnataka. It is a very small bird sanctuary but very ideal for bird watching. Enjoy bird watching of many species of birds including Painted Storks, Asian Openbill Storks, Woolly Necked Storks, Common Spoon Bill, Black-headed Ibis, White Ibis, Indian Shag, Lesser Whistling Ducks, Stork-billed Kingfishers, Egrets, Herons, Darters, Cormorants, Great Stone Plover, River Tern, and Streak-throated Swallows. You can enjoy boating on Kaveri River to see the native and migratory birds nestling and feeding in the sanctuary. In time return back to Mysore and check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Mysore – Nagarhole National Park
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Nagarhole National Park, Karnataka. On arrival, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers you to your pre-booked lodge. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 06: Nagarhole National Park
Take your breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast enjoy full day game viewing in the jungle of Nagarhole National Park. See the playful activities of elephants. Nagarhole is widely famous of a quite big elephant population. Other major animals found it the park are tigers, leopards, wild dogs, sloth bears, gaurs, sambars, chitals, four-horned antelopes, mouse deer, wild boars, grey langurs, monkeys, Nilgiri langurs and Nilgiri Tahrs. You will also see many species of birds, trees and plants. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 07: Nagarhole National Park – Bandipur National Park
After hearty breakfast at the lodge, drive to Bandipur National Park, Karnataka. Upon arrival, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers to your room pre-booked at the forest lodge. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the forest lodge.
Day 08: Bandipur National Park
Have a very hearty breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast enjoy full day wildlife expedition in the forest of the Bandipur National park where you have wonderful opportunity to see various specials of animals, birds, reptiles, trees and plants. Major attractions in the park are elephants, gaurs, spotted deer, monkeys, langurs, tigers, leopards, panthers, sloth bear, pig, wild doges, etc. Birds in park are Green Pigeon, Grey Jungle Fowl, Red-headed Vulture, Grey-headed Fish Eagle, Bay Owl, Malabar Trogon, Brown Hawk Owl, Malabar Pied Hornbill, Peacock, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Day 09: Bandipur National Park – Ooty
Have a very hearty breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast drive to Ooty, a picturesque station in Tamil Nadu, popularly described as the “Queen of South Indian Hill Stations”. On arrival in Ooty, Indian Luxury Tours representative transfers you to your room pre-booked at a hotel. In the afternoon visit the Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Park and Tea Plantations. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Ooty
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed for full day excursion to a Toda Tribal Village. See the lifestyle of the Toda people who live very close to the nature. See their handicrafts and hand woven shawls in bright red, white and black colors. In time return back to Ooty and check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 11: Ooty - Bangalore – Departure
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bangalore, Karnataka. On arrival in Bangalore, Indian Luxury Tours representative assists to transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. In time finish your last minute shopping in Bangalore. After a farewell dinner at the hotel, you will be transferred to Bangalore Airport to board flight for you home/onward destination. |
